1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Boujee Apparel (boujeeapparel.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any of our services.
2. Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights
All original artwork, illustrations, graphics, typography layouts, logos, slogans, and website content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Boujee Apparel Co. or its licensed artists. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, duplication, or redistribution of our artwork without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. On-Demand Production & Fulfillment
Boujee Apparel operates on a custom on-demand production model. Each item (including graphic t-shirts, heavyweight hoodies, and ceramic mugs) is printed, cured, and packaged specifically upon receipt of your confirmed order. As such, standard production timelines require 2 to 4 business days before handover to postal couriers.
4. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Processing
Base prices are established in United States Dollars (USD) and converted at checkout based on current foreign exchange rates for supported currencies including KES, EUR, GBP, ZAR, and NGN. All electronic payments are processed through certified third-party payment gateways utilizing PCI-DSS compliant encryption. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. In the event that an order is flagged for security verification or inaccurate address data, we reserve the right to pause shipment until details are confirmed with the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Boujee Apparel, our directors, artists, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or delivery of products purchased through our store, exceeding the purchase price of the items ordered.
